In a tragic incident earlier today, emergency responders from ALS (Advanced Life Support) rushed to the scene of a devastating single-vehicle crash on the M4 Southbound at the Bluff offramp.
The collision, which occurred just before 8 a.m., resulted in the loss of a female life.
Upon arrival, paramedics discovered a vehicle that had lost control, careening into a pole with significant force.
Inside the vehicle, they found a sole occupant, a woman believed to be in her fifties.
Despite the best efforts of the paramedics, the woman had sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Authorities, including the South African Police Service (SAPS), were promptly summoned to investigate the circumstances surrounding the tragic event.
