KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) Premier, Mr. Thamsanqa Ntuli, has urged young people to take an active role in building a better future for the province.

Speaking at the Youth Month Commemoration event at Mangosuthu University of Technology in Umlazi today, he said,
“We have over 3,000 young people from all districts gathered here today. As we rebuild our province, we need to focus on creating jobs, opportunities, and economic growth, but also on developing a culture of selflessness and using our resources wisely.”

Ntuli added that the youth who attended the event should be the ones to come up with solutions to the challenges facing the province.

“We want to see young people who are committed to building a better community, I want to see positive results from our gathering today, and not just talk about it. I urge young people to be part of building this province forward,” Premier Ntuli emphasized.
