The African National Congress (ANC) Provincial spokesperson, Mr. Mafika Mndebele, has urged the party leadership to critically assess the organisation performance in an election.

Speaking at a media briefing at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre in Durban, Mndebele emphasized that the people of South Africa sent a clear message to the ANC through their votes in the 2024 National and Provincial election.

“People have been vocal about their support for the ANC, but there are issues that need to be addressed internally. Among these issues are corruption and ensuring that our people receive service delivery. It’s crucial to address these challenges to ensure that our people receive the services they deserve,” Mndebele stated.

Mafika further explained that their organization would evaluate their appointed leaders who will present this party in Parliament and government departments. He emphasized the importance of the approach the party takes in this election and the need for their leaders to correct any shortcomings and improve the party’s performance.
