The Limpopo police are seeking assistance in identifying a woman who was found dead in Bela-Bela.
The woman’s body was discovered on May 26, 2024, at around 9 am on the R101 road in Bela-Bela. According to police reports, the woman was found by community members who were passing by the scene, with visible injuries suggesting she was hit by a vehicle.
The police believe the woman was between 20 and 30 years old. She has a tattoo on her right arm written “Lerato” And another one on her left arm written “Rosina” . The deceased was found wearing a wedding ring and also a blue t-shirt with blue ellesse sneakers.
The police are investigating a murder case and are urging anyone with information about the woman’s identity to come forward. They are appealing to the public to contact Investigation Officer Captain Dana Smith on 081 577 4383 with any information that may assist in the investigation.
